Jules' friend, Doctora Lulu gave us homemade apple pie crumble. Jules bought vanilla ice-cream and ta-da ... it's apple pie ala mode. He even put a cherry on top to make it more appealing. We usually have some bottled cherries in our refrigerator for desserts like this. I had this apple pie ala mode for dessert this evening. It was a yummy treat.
