Source of Health and Wellness

I admit I've gained a lot of weight this summer vacation. I used to go to the gym near my son's school every morning but since he's on vacation, I stopped going to the gym. If only the gym was near our place then in wouldn't be a problem. However, waking up early and asking my husband to drive me to the gym everyday doesn't seem convenient nor practical. I started doing afternoon walks around the village. It was working well for the first few weeks but the early signs of rainy season has disrupted by afternoon walks.

I really need a good way to achieve Fat Loss. There is an interesting site called Planet Fat Loss where I could get much needed help. It looks like a good source for diet and nutrition tips, dieting techniques, fitness and exercise, training and work out programs and details about the importance of health and wellness.
