This is called Halo-Halo, it's a popular delicious Filipino dessert. It is a mixture of shaved ice and evaporated milk with colorful assorted ingredients such as boiled red beans, kidney beans, sugar palm fruit (kaong), macapuno, jackfruit, bananas, coconut strips (buko), tapioca (sago), sweet potato (kamote), purple yam (ube), pounded crushed rice (pinipig), sweet corn kernels, gelatin, leche flan and ice-cream.** The name Halo-Halo is from the tagalog word Halo which means "mix".
