Increasing Interest in Culinary School

I have two cousins who graduated from high school last March and they are both thinking of applying in a chef school and getting a degree in culinary arts. Over the recent years, there have been an increasing number of culinary schools. This is a sign of the steady demand for culinary arts degree. My cousins are in the process of finding an ideal culinary school that will best suit their personal standards and expectations.
