Stress Break

Stress is all around us. We get it from school, work
and sometimes even at home.

What do you do to relieve yourself from stress?

What I do:

I light a few scented candles and put on my favorite CD. I drink jasmine tea and let my body relax to the music. it helps clear the mind from the day’s problems and worries. I feel energized after and ready to face the world again.
