I saw an interesting dish at Ibyang's blog a few days ago. I copied the ingredients and procedure and asked hubby if he could make the same dish at home. He said yes but didn't really say when he was going to make it.
When I got home from our son's school today, hubby surprised me with this Creamy Baked Potato dish. I love the rich creamy sauce on the bed of potatoes. You can check out the recipe at Ibyang' site.
