health is indeed wealth. i too am trying my best to be healthy especially nowadays when there's so many yummy food out there. moderation is the key :)

i don't aim to get my slim body back. i just need to keep my heart and lungs healthy. isabay na din ang blood sugar and cholesterol levels. 20-minutes na physical exercise araw-araw or five days a week is okay... bahala na si batman!
