We all wake up to a brand new day to face regular tasks and fresh challenges. We constantly deal with duties at home and at work. ReplyDeleteI had insomnia problems lately and for the first time ever I went to a SPA for a massage... oh my how unnerving. I could not relax at all and got our more stressed than before. LOL!
