I've been getting a lot of comments that I have gained weight over the summer vacation. It's true but honestly I would rather not hear it. I admit I have not been doing my regular exercises lately and I have not been doing anything to change my diet. My love for soda is not helping at all. I miss going to the gym but it is currently under renovation. I wish I could just
buy treadmill and do my exercises at home. For now, I bought an exercise DVD. I just need to strictly enforce a daily exercise routine to lose some much need weight.
