Delicious Buko Pie

My Dad requested for some Buko Pie (a favorite Filipino pie with young coconut filling) the other day. There are many stores in our area that sell Buko Pie but I wanted my parents to taste quality Buko Pie . Hubby requested his cousin and her boyfriend to buy 2 boxes of Lety's Buko Pie at Los Banos, Laguna. Upon slicing you could see the tender strips of delicious young coconut covered in delicious pastry. Other Buko Pies simply fades in comparison with our favorite Lety's Buko Pie.
